It’s that time of year again. Negroni Month is back at Rudy’s for a month dedicated to good pizza, great company and one of Italy’s most iconic cocktails.
Throughout September, we’re celebrating with Cocchi, Campari + Malfy Gin, bringing you four special serves inspired by Italian aperitivo. Three authentic Italian ingredients that come together to create the perfect Negroni, from timeless classics to new twists on the original.

A TASTE OF ITALY IN EVERY GLASS
This year, we’re bringing together Cocchi, Campari + Malfy Gin to create our Negroni Month menu, combining generations of Italian craft, tradition and flavour in every glass.
Cocchi has been creating Italian vermouths and aperitivo wines in Piedmont since 1891, bringing depth, character and a true taste of the region.
Campari is the unmistakable soul of the classic Negroni, known for its bold bitter flavour and iconic Italian heritage.
Malfy Gin captures the spirit of the Italian coast, made with vibrant botanicals and fresh citrus flavours inspired by la dolce vita.
Together, they create our Negroni Month menu: four serves that celebrate the classics while adding a little Rudy’s twist.
A LITTLE TASTE OF PIEDMONT
Every special has a story behind it.
Ahead of Negroni Month, Beth Papalia, General Manager at Rudy’s Prestwich, travelled to Piedmont, the home of Cocchi, to discover the inspiration behind this year’s menu.
The trip inspired Negroni Al Sole, a bright and refreshing serve made with Cocchi Rosa, Campari, Malfy Rosa and grapefruit soda.
